Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is seeking a service provider to conduct a feasibility study for the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management Programme. This project covers six municipalities, including Buffalo City, uMhlathuze, Steve Tshwete, Newcastle, Rustenburg, and the City of Mbombela. The work involves assessing current waste systems, performing technical and environmental analyses, and creating a funding proposal for the Green Climate Fund. Key deliverables include feasibility reports, climate impact assessments, and financial models. The project is expected to last twenty months, with the feasibility study phase completed within twelve months.
