Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) is seeking to appoint Transactional Advisors on a multi-appointment basis. The successful bidders will provide specialized support for revenue-generating initiatives, including fundraising, financial structuring, and project preparation. The work must align with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and the Entity’s Act. Key deliverables include securing funding, developing financial and legal frameworks, and providing monthly progress reports. The contract will run for an initial period of three years, with a possible one-year extension based on performance. The work will be performed in KwaZulu-Natal. Bidders must demonstrate a track record in capital mobilization and provide a qualified team with expertise in finance, law, and project management. The project uses a success-fee model where advisors are paid based on funding secured.
