- Proof of ownership or lease for required plant and equipment

- Proof of current municipal rates and service payments
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Active CSD registration report
- Evidence of five successfully completed similar projects
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session
