The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) is seeking a service provider to implement and support an Enterprise Data Management and Governance (EDMG) solution. The project involves installing and configuring data discovery, lineage, quality, and governance tools, followed by three years of maintenance. Work will take place at the CIPC offices in Pretoria or remotely. Bidders must have at least five years of experience and have completed two similar large-scale projects. The contract duration is three years, and the closing date for submissions is 06 July 2026.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
