Description

Mangosuthu University of Technology is seeking proposals for a Student Accommodation Development Programme. The project is divided into two tracks: Track 1 involves private finance with land, and Track 2 focuses on an institutional Public-Private Partnership for design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance. The work will take place at the university premises in Umlazi. Interested parties must attend a compulsory briefing session on 04 September 2026. All proposals must be submitted by 29 September 2026.
