The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is seeking an experienced service provider to perform support and maintenance for their Microsoft Great Plains 2015 (Version 18.4.1361) system and other versions. The work will take place at the MQA offices in Parktown, Johannesburg. Key deliverables include performing system health checks, managing application updates and rollups, handling version upgrades, resolving technical issues, managing API integrations, and providing report writing services. The contract will last for a period of twelve months. The service provider must also manage the Microsoft Enhancement Fee. The project will be managed on a time and material basis, requiring the successful bidder to provide hourly rates for senior and junior technical resources, as well as callout fees.
