The City of Cape Town is calling for proposals for the purchase and development of land located at the corner of Kromboom Road and Seventh Avenue, Rondebosch-East. This project is part of the City’s Affordable Housing Programme and aims to create a mixed-use residential development. The scope includes the construction of 770 housing units, including affordable rental and private housing, along with retail space. The development must prioritize pedestrian movement and include a central green area. The project must be completed within thirty-six months.
