Description

The Services SETA is seeking a service provider to develop a Project Management Support Framework. The project aims to transform the organization's project management function into a digitally enabled, intelligence-led system. The work will take place at the Services SETA Head Office in Johannesburg. Key deliverables include a diagnostic report, a hybrid project management methodology, financial management tools, system requirements for an AI-enabled information system, and a change management roadmap. The project is expected to be completed over a nine-month period. Bidders must demonstrate at least ten years of operational experience and five years of public sector experience. The project team must include specialized roles such as a Project Manager, Financial Analyst, System Analyst, and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Bidders are required to provide five written reference letters for similar work completed within the last five years.
