Description

The Department of Home Affairs invites bids for the supply, hosting, maintenance, and support of a Revenue Administration System. This system will be deployed across more than 400 sites, including civic offices, mobile units, and kiosks throughout South Africa. The project requires real-time integration with existing departmental platforms, a payment gateway for various transaction types, and automated daily reconciliation with the Basic Accounting System. The successful service provider must also provide 24/7 support, a call centre, and 10,000 hours of system enhancements annually. The contract duration is 36 months, with an optional two-year extension. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of public sector experience and provide evidence of similar system implementations for at least three customers within the last five years.
