Description

The Department of Tourism invites proposals to implement the Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning for the Chef Occupational Qualification (NQF Level 5). The project aims to help 50 experienced chefs, split between KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, gain formal certification. The service provider must recruit participants, manage the assessment process, handle gap training, and organize graduation ceremonies. Work must align with QCTO, NAMB, and CATHSSETA standards. The project duration is six months within the 2026/2027 financial year. Key deliverables include a project plan, learner registration, assessment management, and final reporting.
