Description

The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA) is seeking a service provider to implement the Master Shisanyama Upskilling Programme. This project will take place in the uThukela and uMzinyathi District Municipalities over a six-month period. The successful bidder will provide professional training to 42 participants in areas such as culinary arts, food safety, customer service, and small business management. Key deliverables include developing an inception report, providing training materials and branded gear, organizing accommodation for participants, conducting monitoring visits, and hosting a closing ceremony for 80 people. The project requires expert facilitators and assessors to ensure service standards are raised within the rural and township Shisanyama sector.
