The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is seeking a service provider to perform headhunting services for two executive roles: the Chief Operations Officer and the Group Executive for Strategy and Business Development. The work will be based in Johannesburg. The successful bidder will be responsible for identifying, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates, as well as providing detailed reports on the recruitment process. The contract will run for a period of twelve months on an as-needed basis. All proposals must be submitted by 28 August 2026.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in executive headhunting and recruitment
- Professional membership with SABPP, SHRM, or IPM
- Project Manager: NQF Level 7 degree and 10 years experience
- Team members: NQF Level 6 diploma and 5 years experience
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
