The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is seeking to appoint a panel of caterers for a four-month contract. Services include setup, breakdown, and the provision of serving staff and equipment. Work will be performed at the NLC Head Office in Hatfield, Pretoria, and various provincial offices as required. Deliverables include providing nutritional food within 24 to 72 hours of a request and ensuring all setups are completed 30 to 60 minutes before service. All products must meet SABS standards, and bottled water must comply with SANBWA requirements. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience through reference letters and a detailed company profile. The contract will be awarded to a panel, with work allocated on a rotational basis.
