The training must cover labour relations, dispute resolution, collective bargaining, and relevant employment legislation. The service provider is responsible for facilitating the sessions, providing learner materials, and issuing certificates of completion. The project must be completed by September 31, 2026. The service provider must demonstrate at least five years of experience in labour relations training and provide a facilitator with an LLB or Labour Law qualification and ten years of practical experience.
