- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Minimum annual turnover of R20 million
- Proof of one completed contract in Grade 7CE or higher valued at R9 million
- Key personnel must hold ECSA or SACPCMP professional registration
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory
