Description

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) is seeking a service provider to supply an ICT research and advisory subscription platform. The work will be based in Hatfield, Pretoria. The successful bidder will provide access to market research, best-practice frameworks, and advisory services for ICT strategy, security, and procurement. Key deliverables include an annual research plan, monthly insight packs, benchmarking reports, and quarterly executive briefings. The contract will run for a period of twenty-four months. Analysts assigned to the project must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT and possess at least eight years of relevant industry experience. The service provider must also offer a dedicated account manager and a rapid response service for priority queries.
