Description

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development is seeking a service provider to conduct training on Victim Empowerment and Gender-Based Violence. The project involves training 52 departmental employees across the Southern and Ethekwini clusters over a three-day period. Key deliverables include the provision of all training materials, facilitation of workshops using case studies and role-play, and the submission of a detailed close-out report. Facilitators must possess expertise in social work, psychology, or trauma counseling. The training must align with national legislative frameworks, including the Domestic Violence Act and the Children’s Act.
