Full requirements
- Must hold relevant CATHSETA, DFFE, liquor, water, and environmental licenses.
- Must provide audited financial statements for three years.
- Must demonstrate a minimum Net Asset Value of R10 million.
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the project.
- Must hold a minimum B-BBEE Level 4 contributor status.
- Must provide a bid bond of R500,000.
- Must have at least 5 years of luxury lodge operational experience.
- Must appoint an independent Environmental Control Officer.
- Must have valid insurance coverage.
