The Free State Development Corporation (FDC) is seeking a panel of service providers to perform general and emergency maintenance on industrial, residential, and commercial properties. The work will take place across the Mangaung Metro, Thabo Mofutsanyana, and Fezile Dabi districts over a three-year period. Key tasks include fixing roof leaks, plumbing, electrical issues, and repairs caused by vandalism. Service providers must ensure rapid response times and professional service. All work requires a valid purchase order and signed job card for payment. The contract aims to maintain over 900,000 square meters of property.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
