The work will take place across the Mangaung Metro, Thabo Mofutsanyana, and Fezile Dabi districts over a three-year period. Key tasks include fixing roof leaks, plumbing, electrical issues, and repairs caused by vandalism. Service providers must ensure rapid response times and professional service. All work requires a valid purchase order and signed job card for payment. The contract aims to maintain over 900,000 square meters of property.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
