Description

The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development invites bids to appoint service providers for mediation and conciliation services. This work will support the Land Rights Management Facility over a three-year period. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis across South Africa. Key tasks include conducting fact-finding exercises, managing land-related disputes, and providing mediation reports for various land reform acts.
