Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) is seeking a service provider to conduct a comprehensive organisational redesign. This project includes job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the development of future-state design scenarios. The work will take place in KwaZulu-Natal and must be completed within six months. Key deliverables include a diagnostic assessment, a job grading report using the Paterson system, a salary structure review, and a change management plan. The provider must present findings to management at the end of each of the five project phases.

- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
