Description

The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is seeking a Managed Cybersecurity Services Provider (MCSP) for a five-year contract. The work involves providing 24/7/365 Security Operations Centre (SOC) services, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and cyber awareness training. The provider must ensure all SOC operations and analyst access occur within South Africa. The project covers the NHBRC head office in Sunninghill, Gauteng, along with various provincial and satellite offices nationwide. Key deliverables include operational runbooks, monthly risk reports, and quarterly maturity roadmaps. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in enterprise-grade cybersecurity services and provide a detailed cost model including annual escalations. The tender will be adjudicated using the 80/20 preference point system.
