The project requires implementation within one month of the purchase order. The work will take place at NRCS facilities, supporting their Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server environment. The service provider must also conduct skills transfer for four NRCS officials. The contract duration is 24 months, with a bid validity period of 180 days.
