Description

The Commission on Restitution of Land Rights is seeking a panel of mediators and legal experts to provide strategic advice and mediation services. This work will take place across South Africa for a duration of five years. Key deliverables include conducting fact-finding, providing mediation and conciliation services, developing project execution plans, and submitting monthly progress reports. Service providers must also attend review meetings, identify case trends, and submit closeout reports upon the finalization of each case. The project aims to support the Commission in land restitution matters under the Restitution of Land Rights Act.

  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
