Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is seeking a professional service provider to perform job analysis and evaluation services. The project involves reviewing and grading approximately 500 jobs across the organization using the REMeasure system. The work includes project planning, standardizing job descriptions, facilitating validation committees, and presenting outcomes to governance structures. Following the initial phase, the provider will offer ad hoc job evaluation and description writing services over a five-year contract period. The work will take place at the DBSA offices. Key deliverables include updated job descriptions, grading reports, and project progress reports. The project requires a team of experienced job evaluation experts with specific REMeasure methodology certification.
