Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites proposals for the provision of independent accounting and tax advisory opinions. The successful service provider will assist the DBSA with complex IFRS accounting interpretations and taxation analysis for lending and non-lending transactions over a three-year period. Key deliverables include formal written technical opinions supported by relevant legislation and accounting standards. The project requires senior personnel with extensive experience in financial services, specifically in areas like IFRS 9, 7, 10, and 13, as well as corporate tax and VAT.
