The contractor must provide all necessary resources, ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and manage equipment collection and delivery. Key deliverables include method statements, Quality Control Plans, and annual certification of lifting machines by a registered person. The contract requires a 10% performance bond and includes a 2.5% retention fee for SDL&I obligations. Work is performed on an 'as and when required' basis via Task Orders.

- Must hold a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Must have an ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System
- Must provide proof of insurance per Insurance Table A
