Description

The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) invites bids for the appointment of a debt collection agency to recover arrear TV license fees. The contract will run for a period of five years. The agency must integrate its technology with the SABC central CRM system using a secure fibre optic connection and support communication channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Key deliverables include daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of industry experience and provide three professional reference letters. The project requires strict adherence to the Debt Collectors Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act. The tender is estimated to exceed R50,000,000.00, with bidders required to quote a commission percentage on recovered amounts.
