SAFCOL is seeking a service provider for tactical security services at the Tweefontein, Brooklands, and Longtom plantations in the Sabie area. The contract duration is four months. The scope involves providing a 24-hour armed tactical response team to address illegal activities, such as unauthorized harvesting, and to conduct forensic investigations for potential prosecution. The provider must supply a 4x4 response vehicle, armed personnel (Grade B and C officers), digital communication equipment, and a 24-hour monitored vehicle tracking system. The service provider must have at least five years of experience in the forestry industry within the Lowveld region. All pricing must be inclusive of travel costs, as no additional mileage claims will be accepted.
