Magalies Water is inviting tenders for the provision of medical surveillance services at their water treatment plants in the West and Far West regions. This contract will run for a period of three years. The successful service provider will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, lung function tests, audiometric screenings, and vaccinations in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Key deliverables include maintaining confidential medical records, providing aggregated health reports, and issuing medical fitness certificates signed by a registered Occupational Medical Doctor. The service provider must also ensure all medical equipment is calibrated and provide necessary calibration certificates. Work will be performed across various locations in the North West Province, including Vaalkop, Brits, and the Rustenburg Head Office. The tender follows an 80/20 preference points system.
