Description

The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) invites tenders for the appointment of a service provider to supply, repair, and maintain HVAC systems at their Sunninghill and Eric Molobi offices for a three-year period. The work includes scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and servicing of fridges and air conditioning units. Key deliverables include providing a qualified technical team, issuing Certificates of Conformity for all work, and meeting strict response times for emergency and ad-hoc maintenance. Compulsory briefing sessions will be held at the Sunninghill office on 03 September 2026 and the Eric Molobi office on 04 September 2026.
