Sentech SOC Limited invites bids for the appointment of a panel of service providers to handle the installation and maintenance of local and international leased lines and services. This project will operate on an 'as and when required' basis for a duration of five years, ending on 21 August 2028. The work includes planning, supply, installation, and commissioning of various technologies such as microwave links, Metro Ethernet, and Dark Fibre. Bidders may apply for one or more of the three defined sections: Ethernet, Dark Fibre, or Best Effort Layer 2. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 30 September 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Bids must be submitted using a two-envelope system, separating technical and financial proposals. Sentech does not guarantee a minimum volume of work for the appointed panel members.
