The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider to create and test an Impact Evaluation Framework for the South African mining industry. The project aims to measure the effectiveness of MHSC research and legislative efforts. The work involves three phases: designing the framework, piloting it on collision prevention regulations, and finalizing the tools and roadmap. Key deliverables include an inception report, the evaluation framework, a pilot report, and a user guide. The project will take place over a nine-month period. Bidders must provide a team with experts in Monitoring and Evaluation and Mining Health and Safety, each requiring at least ten years of relevant experience.
