Description

The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is seeking service providers to lease fully serviced office space in two separate locations: Rustenburg, North West Province, and Witbank, Mpumalanga Province. Each contract is for a duration of three years. The required space for each office is 150 square meters, designed to accommodate seven officials. Key deliverables include a boardroom, open-plan work areas, a kitchen, and 10 dedicated parking bays per site. The facilities must be disability-friendly, secure with 24/7 access control and CCTV, and equipped with business-grade internet, air conditioning, and backup power and water systems. The landlord is responsible for all maintenance. The office space must be ready for occupation within two months of the lease agreement being signed. Bidders must provide three contactable references for similar corporate leasing projects completed within the last five years.

  • Must provide building insurance or letter of intent
  • Must provide municipal building plans and floor layouts
