Description

Johannesburg Water is seeking a service provider to design, supply, install, test, and commission an automatic fire suppression system for the Telemetry RTU Room at Fennel Road. The project involves a complete turnkey solution for a 36 cubic meter equipment room, including smoke detection, clean-agent suppression cylinders, and integration with existing alarm and air-conditioning systems. The successful bidder must provide all necessary design calculations, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals. The project must be completed within four weeks of receiving the official purchase order. A mandatory site briefing will be held on 31 July 2026 at the project location. The contract will be awarded based on an 80/20 point scoring system.
