Description

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invites bids for the maintenance of fire detection, gas suppression, and sprinkler systems. This contract covers multiple sites in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal for a five-year period. Key tasks include quarterly inspections, fault finding, repairs, and testing of fire alarm signals. The service provider must also manage logbooks, provide technical support for emergency drills, and perform ad-hoc system upgrades.
