Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) is inviting service providers to submit quotations for the provision of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training. The training will be conducted in an online format over a period of 12 weeks. The curriculum must cover essential topics including Results-Based Management, the development of theories of change, performance data collection, and evidence-based reporting. The service provider is expected to deliver a comprehensive course outline as part of their submission. This tender is issued under reference number RFQ-112584. All quotations must be submitted by 16:00 on 13 July 2026. Stats SA will not provide upfront payments, and all payments will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice. Prices must be firm for the duration of the order and should be detailed on a company letterhead.
