BANKSETA is seeking a panel of service providers to perform quality assurance and verification for Discretionary Grant-funded projects across South Africa. The work involves managing stakeholder training contracts, checking learner evidence packs, and ensuring project compliance for approximately 30,000 learners over three years. Service providers will operate across all nine provinces, handling administrative duties, project reviews, and audit support. The project requires a team of five members with specific educational and project management qualifications. The contract duration is three years, and the panel will consist of three to four appointed service providers.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Project team must hold required NQF level educational qualifications
- SAQA evaluation required for all foreign qualifications
- Minimum three years of verifiable project reference letters
