ACSA is seeking proposals from fuel suppliers to obtain a license for throughputting Jet A1 and AVGAS at all ACSA airports for 36 months. The successful bidders will be granted rights to provide throughputting services and must sign a Throughputter Licence and Service Level Agreement. ACSA may audit safety, environmental, security, and maintenance aspects. The tender covers nine principal airports including O.R. Tambo, Cape Town, and King Shaka.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
