The Border Management Authority (BMA) is seeking a service provider to conduct a resource needs analysis and develop a service delivery model for Port Health Services. The project covers all designated and non-designated Ports of Entry across South Africa. The successful bidder will analyze infrastructure, human resources, and ICT needs, while mapping stakeholder roles and designing a model compliant with international health standards. Key deliverables include a situational analysis report, a service delivery model, and a costed implementation roadmap. The project requires site visits to pilot locations and is expected to be completed according to a phased schedule over several months. The work involves collaboration with various national departments and port authorities to ensure public health risks are managed effectively.
