The Media Development and Diversity Agency (MDDA) is seeking a service provider to lease office space for a five-year period. The required space is approximately 1,300 m² and must be located within 15 km of the current office, specifically in Parktown, Rosebank, Sandton, Randburg, or Auckland Park. The facility must be Grade A or B, featuring private offices, boardrooms, secure storage, and 40 parking bays. Essential infrastructure includes a generator, high-speed fibre, and disability-friendly access. Security measures such as guards, metal detectors, and controlled parking are mandatory. The tender closes on 06 August 2026 at 11:00 am. Bidders must submit one original and four copies of their technical proposal, along with a separate financial proposal.
