The Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ) is inviting law firms to join a panel for legal services. The contract will last for 36 months. Selected firms will provide legal opinions, handle disputes, and assist with investigations. The work will take place in Gauteng. - CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Minimum 5 reference letters for similar work from the last 5 years
