The Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ) is inviting law firms to join a panel for legal services. The contract will last for 36 months. The work involves corporate and contract law, labour and employment law, general litigation, and administrative law. Selected firms will provide legal opinions, handle disputes, and assist with investigations. The work will take place in Gauteng. This is a panel appointment, so work is not guaranteed and will be assigned based on specific needs. The closing date for applications is 18 September 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Minimum 5 reference letters for similar work from the last 5 years
