Description

The South African Weather Service invites bids for the facilitation of a four-day ActionFirst National Co-Production Workshop for 75 participants. The project will take place in Gauteng. The service provider must facilitate technical sessions to review Impact-Based Forecasting, identify system gaps, and support the transition to Action-Based Forecasting. Key deliverables include workshop reports, attendance registers, an Action-Based Forecasting Roadmap, impact-to-action matrices, and updated standard operating procedures. The workshop is scheduled for 28-31 July 2026, with final outputs due by 14 August 2026. The lead facilitator must hold a Master’s degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in multi-stakeholder workshop facilitation and strategy development.
