Description

South African Airways (SAA) is seeking a contractor for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an 800kVA standby generator at the H-Block building, Airways Park, OR Tambo International Airport. The project aims to ensure power continuity for flight training and simulator operations. Key deliverables include the generator set, a change-over panel, cabling, control panels, and civil works such as a concrete plinth and fuel system installation. The project requires adherence to the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. The contract duration is 15 months, with specific access dates for different site areas. The contractor must provide as-built drawings, maintenance manuals, and staff training upon completion.

  • Must provide three references for similar standby generator installation projects
