City Power Johannesburg (Pty) Ltd is inviting bids for the appointment of a panel of strategic partners to provide internal audit services. The work will take place in Johannesburg over a three-year period. The scope includes risk-based auditing, probity assessments, ICT audits, forensic investigations, and ad-hoc advisory services. The project aims to provide City Power with specialized skills, objective perspectives, and extra capacity for governance and risk management. Bidders must provide a detailed methodology, work plan, and a skills transfer program. A maximum of three service providers will be appointed to this panel. The evaluation process involves a two-stage approach, starting with a functionality threshold of 80%, followed by an 80/20 price and preference point system. All services must comply with Global Internal Audit Standards.

- Audited financial statements for the past three years.
- Certified ID copies of owners and valid foreign work permits.
