Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) is seeking a service provider for social media and online media monitoring services for a 12-month period. The project involves providing direct access to media monitoring platforms, including both traditional and social media coverage. The successful bidder must appoint a dedicated account manager based in South Africa and provide a comprehensive training plan for users, along with ongoing technical support. The work will be performed for Stats SA. The tender will be evaluated using an 80/20 scoring system, where 80 points are awarded for price and 20 points for specific goals, including black ownership, women ownership, youth, and disability status. - Must provide evidence of ownership status via CSD report or company registration
