The Automotive Industry Development Centre Eastern Cape (AIDC-EC) is seeking a panel of accredited skills development providers for automotive trades. The project involves training 34 learners in automotive repair and maintenance over a one-year period. Key deliverables include learner registration on the MERSETA system, conducting training and assessments, managing learner stipends, and providing monthly progress reports. The work will take place in the Eastern Cape. Providers must supply qualified facilitators, assessors, and moderators to ensure successful project completion and certification of learners.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
