Description

The Gauteng Provincial Treasury (GPT) invites bids for the provision of GRAP Standards training for Gauteng municipalities under RFQ-FY27-0059. The project aims to improve financial reporting and address audit weaknesses identified in the 2024/2025 cycle. The service provider will deliver theoretical and practical training on thirteen specific GRAP standards to 120 officials across four corridors, including Johannesburg Central, Sedibeng, and the West Rand. Training will be conducted in classroom-style sessions over eight days in total. The successful bidder must provide printed manuals and mobilize within two weeks of appointment. All training must be completed by 31 August 2026. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in accounting and auditing, and proposed facilitators must be registered Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)) with at least three years of facilitation experience.
