The Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) invites bids for the appointment of Fiduciary and Operational Resources (RST11–RST14) to support the National Treasury’s Metro Trading Services Reform. The project aims to source specialists in environmental safeguards, procurement, gender inclusion, and financial administration to assist metropolitan municipalities with water, electricity, and solid waste reforms. The work will be performed across various metropolitan areas in South Africa. The contract duration is three years, starting in June 2026, with an optional two-year extension. Key deliverables include monthly progress reports, active skills transfer to government officials, and the provision of all necessary operational equipment by the service provider. Bidders must provide qualified personnel for each of the four specialist roles, ensuring all technical requirements and reporting obligations are met throughout the contract period.
