The work will take place at SABS sites over a 36-month period. The provider must also supply necessary spare parts and provide detailed inspection reports for air receivers, steam boilers, and associated pressure systems.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- CIDB grading (Grade 3 Mechanical Engineering (3ME)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
